Project Rescue

October / November 2009 update:

We graduated Randy McBride on November 15th.  He has grown much in the 570 days he was in the program.  He plans to remain in Waycross.  He has a good job as the maintenance man for two McDonalds.

13 men are presently participating in Project Rescue:

Danny (114 days), Ronald (76 days), Lance (57 days), Ted (42 days), Todd (398 days), Brandon (32 days), Michael (16 days) and Clay (47 days) are residing in our apartment building.

Bryan (241 days) and Landon (171 days) live in one of our rented facilities on City Blvd.

Beau (673 days) lives in another of our rented apartments on Central Blvd.

Van (486 days) and James (106 days) live in their own apartments as they participate in the program.

 The City Boulevard church of Christ and especially Bill & Gerry, Frank & Betty, Kim & Marlee, Chris & Krystal, and David are doing a great job.  Jeanie and I count ourselves privileged to serve the Lord and the souls in our care.     

Frank Parker is teaching one-on-one lessons to the men.  He is teaching them how to study the Bible.  We want them to know how to use the Bible for doctrinal and practical matters.
